What is a personal chef?

A personal chef plans meals with clients, shops for groceries and then prepares meals for clients in their homes.  Food is packaged, labeled and stored in the refrigerator and/or freezer.  A personal chef does all the work for meals so clients have more time for families and interests.

Fall is harvest time and right now is the perfect time to enjoy squashes!  Chef Connie likes to roast acorn squash and make soup from butternut squash.  Try them in your weekly menu!

Why you need a personal chef:

  • Eat homecooked meals with the family on week nights
  • Save time not having to plan, shop and prepare meals
  • Save money on not dining out and gasoline from not driving to grocery store
  • Eat healthier and fresher
  • Maintain routine and balance in your life
